Personal Information Disposal Procedures and Methods
The Company, in principle, destroys personal information without delay once the purpose of collection and use has been fulfilled. The procedures and methods of destruction are as follows:
• Destruction Procedure
Information entered by members for purposes such as membership registration is transferred to a separate DB (or, in the case of paper, to a separate filing cabinet) after the purpose has been achieved, and is destroyed after being stored for a certain period of time in accordance with internal policies and related laws (refer to retention and usage periods).
Information transferred to a separate DB is not used for purposes other than retention, except as required by law.
• Destruction Method
- Personal information stored in electronic file format is deleted using technical methods that prevent the records from being restored.
- Personal information printed on paper is shredded or incinerated for destruction.
Personal Information Provisionㅋ
The company does not, in principle, provide users’ personal information to third parties. However, exceptions are made in the following cases:
- When required for product delivery or installation and A/S (name, mobile phone number, installation area address)
- When users have given prior consent

Entrustment of Collected Personal Information

If a request is made to correct an error in personal information, the information will not be used or provided until the correction has been completed.
In addition, if incorrect personal information has already been provided to a third party, we will promptly notify the third party of the correction so that it can be rectified without delay.
Upon request by the user or legal guardian, any personal information that has been terminated or deleted will be handled in accordance with the retention and usage period specified in “The retention and use period of collected personal information by the company,” and will be processed to prevent it from being used or accessed for any other purpose.
